Human Concerns
Committee members prayerfully study and choose organizations’ requests for monetary donations or service. During calendar months which have five weekends, we have a second collection on the fifth weekend. We try to choose local non-profit organizations that are most in need to be the recipients of our donations. We invite you to join us in fulfilling our Baptismal call to serve the poor and those in need.

Minister of Care to the Homebound
Ministers of Care visit, pray with, and distribute Holy Communion to our elderly and others who are homebound and not able to attend Mass. Frequency of visits are determined by the minister and those they visit.

Prayer Shawl Ministry
Volunteers who like to knit or crochet make beautiful prayer shawls that are given, at no charge, to anyone who is grieving, lonely, or dealing with health issues. These blessed shawls are made with love to provide comfort to those who wear them. If you are interested in making shawls or would like to receive one, please contact the parish office.
