Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council serves as a vehicle for fulfilling the pastoral mission of Jesus and the Church in a specific part of the Archdiocese; strives to build a community of disciples who recognize their baptismal calls to lives of holiness, witness and service; and engages in a continuous process of pastoral planning which takes into account the needs and priorities of its parishioners, the Archdiocese, the broader community, and the world. The Pastoral Council consults with the pastor in order to foster and plan pastoral activity. Pastoral Council meetings are held on a regular basis.

Finance Council
The Finance Council consults with the pastor in all parish financial matters. The council works closely with the pastoral council and is supportive of all other commissions and committees. The Finance Council provides advice and guidance to the pastor in the administration of advice and guidance to the pastor in the administration of parish assets; monitors the financial condition of the parish, and prepares the annual budget and reports.
Prayer and Worship
The Prayer and Worship Committee provides liturgical formation and ministerial opportunities for parish members and liturgical service to the assembly. They plan and promote parish-wide spiritual programs, and ensure that the parishioners are provided with opportunities to deepen their faith through a variety of prayer experiences and liturgical celebrations. Members attend monthly meetings.
Buildings and Grounds
The concerns of this committee involve the physical conditions of parish property, its maintenance and upkeep. This committee identifies and articulates the needs of the parish in this area and makes recommendations to the Finance Council. This committee periodically inspects all parish properties and recommends priorities of needed repairs, remodeling, and new construction. They evaluate current needs with regard to parish properties, and plans for future requirements. They recommend policies relating to safety, security, and use of parish facilities.
Cemetery Committee
The Cemetery Committee is advisory in nature. It advises the pastor on cemetery operational matters, and makes policy suggestions regarding the cemetery operation. This committee encourages cooperation among the Pastor, the committee and the parishioners, and allows safeguards to be put into place that will insure the on-going, long-term viability of the parish cemetery. Periodic financial reports are prepared for reporting to the parish community, including a minimum of a balance sheet and statement of revenues and expenditures.
