Director of NextGen
Missy Rank, our new Director of NEXTGEN, is pioneering a dynamic, super collaborative faith formation program designed to spark faith in everyone, from our littlest explorers all the way through young adulthood. We’re aiming to launch this exciting adventure in late summer/ early fall 2025!
Missy brings a wealth of real-world experience to this exciting endeavor. She has a proven track record of nurturing early faith in second graders and has led impactful programs for middle school youth. This hands-on background gives her a unique and empathetic perspective on faith development at every stage. Missy’s own faith journey has been a mix of challenges and incredible growth, and she’s just so grateful for how Holy Trinity Newburg truly embraced her and her family during tough times. Now, feeling profoundly called by God, she is eager to pay that forward, building something truly special for our community.
When she’s not dreaming up incredible faith formation ideas, Missy loves spending time outdoors and helping others alongside her family. She believes with all her heart in a collaborative approach to faith formation, knowing that engaging children and their families together is the “secret sauce” for fostering strong spiritual growth.
