Christian Women
Christian Women is a group of women who foster a sense of community by organizing, coordinating and participating in group projects, such as the annual Soup and Chili supper, that support our parish, both spiritually and financially. This women’s group demonstrates stewardship through regular donations to other charitable organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul, Carl’s House, and the Full Shelf Food Pantry, and they organize volunteers for funeral luncheons. They strive to actively seek and support ways to enrich and enhance fellowship and social and spiritual growth by helping with events like the Turkey Dinner and St. Augustine’s Rosary walks and through activities such as Secret Sister, Meal Train for Homebound, and the Women’s Fall Fling.
Fall Festival
The Fall Festival is a parish event designed to bring our parishioners and the local community together to enjoy a day of food, fun, and fellowship. These events help to provide financial support to our parish as this is our largest fundraising project of the year. Dinners are served in the church hall with take-out available. Many volunteers are needed before, during and after the event. The Fall Festival is usually held the last Sunday in the month of October.
Parish Life Committee
The Parish Life Committee plans Hospitality Sundays, usually the second Sunday of the month, which includes yummy treats such as donuts, fruit, veggies and dip, cheese and crackers, milk, juice, water, and coffee for our parishioners and guests to enjoy. We are also in the process of planning additional events to promote fellowship. Join us for movie nights, game nights, ice cream socials, picnics, welcome brunches, and more! Please watch the bulletin for details. Volunteers and donations are welcome.
Snow Removal
As we all know, winter weather in Wisconsin can be somewhat of a challenge! Volunteers are needed to assist with snow removal to keep our parishioners safe. If interested, please call the parish office.
Holy Dusters
Volunteers are needed on occasion to help dust the pews in church, as well as window sills, woodwork, etc. Watch the bulletin for announcements!
Parish Hall Cleaning Crew
Prior to various events in the church hall, volunteers are needed to clean our church hall, wipe down tables and chairs, etc. Many hands make light work! Your help is much appreciated!
